The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from qualified professionals for on-call pavement investigation and reporting services. 

Project Background

The City of East Palo Alto currently manages approximately 83 lane miles of streets. To effectively manage the streets network, the City utilizes the Pavement Management Program (PMP) to review the condition of City-owned streets and maximizes the number of streets that can be repaired based on available funding. The City is in need of services from a consulting firm that can assist in identifying detailed treatment options and specifications for streets throughout the City.
