Water System Master Plan 2022
The overall goal of the Water System Master Plan (WSMP) is to assess the current operations and functionality of the City’s existing water system, identify deficiencies, and prioritize recommendations for future water system improvements to address both current operational issues and plan for future residential, commercial and industrial growth within the City’s water service territory.
Updates
The City adopted the WSMP on 10/4/2022. The final version can be found HERE.
On January 17th, 2023, City Council discussed the rate study performed in conjunction with the WSMP. They also discussed the proposed water capital surcharge rate increase recommended per the rate study to fund capital projects identified in the WSMP. The rate study can be found here. On March 21st 2023, City Council held a public hearing and adopted the updated water capital fees. Additional information can be found here.
