Request for Bids - City Facilities Improvements (RE-BID)

The City of East Palo Alto is currently soliciting bid proposals for the construction of the City Facilities Improvement Project.

Project Background

The City is seeking to construct tenant improvements at three sites: 

Site 1: Former Police Evidence Room at 2415 University Avenue

Site 2: Public Works Building at 1960 Tate Street

Site 3: Police Department Facility at 141 Demeter Street

Full details regarding the extent of the improvements at each of these locations can be found in Attachments A through D, which have been published below. 

Sealed bids will be opened in-person at 2415 University Avenue on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 3:00 PM PST.
