The City of East Palo Alto is currently soliciting bid proposals for the construction of the City Facilities Improvement Project (FA-02, FA-07, FA-13).

Project Background

The City is seeking to construct tenant improvements at three sites:

Site 1: Police Evidence Room at 2415 University Avenue
Site 2: Public Works Building at 1960 Tate Street
Site 3: Police Department Facility at 141 Demeter Street

Full details regarding the extent of the improvements at each of these locations can be found in Attachments A through D, which have been published below.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/walkthrough will be held at 2415 University Avenue on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM PST.

Sealed bids will be opened in-person at 2415 University Avenue on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 3:00 PM PST.
