The City of East Palo Alto is seeking proposals from licensed Architectural firms to provide professional services for design and preparation of bid documents and construction support for the East Palo Alto Library, located at 2474 Pulgas Avenue, East Palo Alto, CA 94303. The RFP can be found HERE
