The City of East Palo Alto is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering consultants for the City of East Palo Alto Water Storage Tank Siting Study.

Project Background

This project would help identify suitable location(s) above and/or below the surface grade for the construction and operation of a water storage tank, in compliance with requirements set forth by the State Water Resources Control Board Department of Drinking Water.

These recommendations for storage tank capacity and optimal site layout shall be captured in the form of a Supplemental Technical Memorandum.
