How to Obtain Police Reports & Records

The Records Division provides incident, arrest, and accident reports to the general public, media, and police personnel internally and nationwide. Police reports and records may be obtained from the East Palo Alto Police Department during normal business hours.

Depending on the type of report requests for reports may be made in person, by U.S. mail, or by telephone. You can reach the Records Division at 650-853-3160.

All requests for information are processed in accordance with State of California data privacy laws and department policy.
