2023 Military Equipment Annual Report & Request to De-Commission Equipment

In accordance with Government Code Sections 7070, 7071, and 7072 as well as East Palo Alto City Ordinance 9.25.050, the East Palo Alto Police Department is reporting our annual Military Equipment report (attached).  Additionally, we are hosting a series of community meetings leading up to our scheduled June 20, 2023 presentation to City Council to discuss our annual report and military equipment use.  This year we are seeking approval to de-commission antiquated equipment and are not requesting authority for any new equipment.
