City Room at YMCA (Back Room)

Reservation Cost: 

Resident Rate - $17 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Non-Resident Rate - $41 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Facility must be reserved at least 14 days in advanced.

Max Occupancy: 70

Access to:

42 Chairs, 27 Folding Chairs. 20 Tables

Facility Hours:

Monday through Sunday: 8am-10pm

Reservation Restrictions:

The City Room at the YMCA may only be reserved by non-profit organizations, municipal or other governmental agencies for meetings, trainings, and work events. Additionally, the City of East Palo Alto can approve some recreational activities and programming when permitted with a valid contract, grant, or proof of non-profit status. Personal events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, weddings or other gatherings of that nature are not permitted.
