Project Description:
The proposal is a minor modification to the recently approved Woodland residential project to add a below-grade garage for 86 stalls for the smaller Building A and related site changes, including reconfiguration of the floor plan to allow for revised circulation and a gated garage driveway from Euclid Ave to access the below-grade parking area.
