The project was approved by the City Council on May 3, 2022. A Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been released for public review and comment and is available here and below in the project files.
The Final EIR has been published and is available here and below in the project files. The Planning Commission considered the project and adopted a resolution recommending that City Council certify the Final EIR and approve the project entitlements approval at their April 4, 2022 Meeting. (Item continued from March 28, 2022.)
The City Council will consider certifying the Final EIR and approving the project entitlements at their May 3, 2022 meeting.
