Project Description: The East Palo Alto Waterfront is a mixed-use development in the Ravenswood Business District. The pre-application provides a framework for a project that the applicant intends to develop with input from the community that focuses on wetland restoration, jobs, and residential uses. The project is in a conceptual stage.

Status Updates
The project has completed the preliminary application process which requires outreach to the community, and presentations to the Planning Commission and/or City Council. The applicant for EPA Waterfront has completed four outreach events; three prior to the submittal of a preliminary application and one after. Additionally, Emerson Collective has presented their project to both the Planning Commission and City Council and has received feedback.
