Status Updates
The project has completed the preliminary application process which requires outreach to the community, and presentations to the Planning Commission and/or City Council. The applicant for The Landing has completed two outreach events. Additionally, Harvest Properties has presented their project to both the Planning Commission and City Council and has received feedback. Please see below for project information, including meeting materials. The applicant anticipates submitting a formal application later in 2021.
