The City of East Palo Alto is seeking a qualified individual/organization to support the City in it's efforts to determine the best path to developing a Youth governing body (Commission/Committee/Board). This consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to gathering community input, interviewing Councilmembers, hosting meetings/popups, crafting bylaws etc. The qualified individual/organization will be able to successfully dialogue with Staff and City Council their best recommendation and timeline for implementing or providing alternatives to launching said governing body. The term of this agreement will be the calendar year 2025 (January-December) with the option for two three-month extensions.
