Unarmed Security Services RFP

The City of East Palo Alto (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to propose unarmed Security Services operation at the Senior Center, City-Owned Facilities, and City-Operated Events with patrol schedules for unarmed uniformed personnel. The schedules are flexible, dependent on funding and security needs, and will be determined through collaboration between the City and the proposer. Patrol activities, including foot and vehicle patrols and video surveillance, will primarily focus on facility entry points and parking areas at the East Palo Alto Senior Center, providing minimum 25 hours a week excluding holidays and scheduled closures. Other services will be on an as-needed basis.
