Request for Proposals - Grant Writing

The City of East Palo Alto (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for contractual grant writing services. The City is seeking to establish a list for grant writing process and support to assist the City maximizing the benefits of grant funding. The list will be used for up to 4 years and services will be requested on a per grant basis based on the specific type of grant writing (listed in the scope of work).
