Unclaimed Cash

The Finance Department of the City of East Palo Alto declares that the following monetary sums have been held by the City and have remained unclaimed in the funds hereafter indicated for a period of over three (3) years and will become the property of the City of East Palo Alto on June 15, 2021. This list has been published in accordance with California Government Code Sections 50050 et seq in the City’s newspaper of record and is published herein as an additional notification to potential claimants.

Any party of interest, prior to the date designated above, may initiate a claim with the City’s Finance Department by completing the Unclaimed Money Claim Form which can be obtained from the City’s website. Staff will follow up with additional documentation as needed.
