Request for Proposals for Security Services

City of East Palo Alto (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to propose security services operation at the Senior Center and City-Owned Facilities, with patrol schedules for unarmed uniformed personnel. The schedules are flexible, dependent on funding and security needs, and will be determined through collaboration between the City and the proposer. Patrol activities, including foot and vehicle patrols and video surveillance, will primarily focus on facility entry points and parking areas, totaling up to 30 hours per week.
