Event Management Services

The City of East Palo Alto is seeking proposals for qualified event management services. The chosen Contractor would provide on-call event management services to produce, coordinate, and manage all aspects of some of the City’s events. 

Specifically, as the City was incorporated in 1983, the 40th City Anniversary & Independence Day Event. Details regarding last year’s parade can be found here (https://www.cityofepa.org/communityprograms/page/39th-city-anniversary-i...). The City Council has directed staff that the 40th Anniversary is to be a much larger scale event.
