The City is seeking a Contractor to provide on-call event management services to produce, coordinate, and manage all aspects of some of the City’s events. Specifically, as the City was incorporated in 1983, the 40th City Anniversary & Independence Day Event. The City Council has directed staff that the 40th Anniversary is to be a much larger scale event.
