The Affordable Housing Preservation Program aims to prevent the displacement of lower-income households by funding projects that preserve or extend affordability. This meeting will be an opportunity to:

  • Learn about the program’s guidelines, including eligibility, underwriting standards, and funding opportunities.
  • Share your thoughts on the guidelines and provide feedback on how they align with development goals.
  • Collaborate with the City to strengthen affordable housing strategies.
