Adoption of the Ten-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Capital Budget
The City of East Palo Alto is seeking approval from City Council for the Proposed Ten-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. as part of the Public Hearing Calendar.
The adoption of the CIP after the City Council Study Session held on July 30, 2020. The CIP includes proposed ten-year program for the City’s major capital improvements, estimated project costs, and a one-year Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.
This meeting will be conducted in accordance with State of California Executive Order N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020. All members of the City Council will participate in the Council Meeting by video conference, with no physical meeting location.

Members of the public wishing to provide comments to the City Council may send an email to cityclerk@cityofepa.org sign up to provide comments. The City will receive comments via e-mail until 5:00 P.M. September 15, 2020. Any emails received after the 5:00 p.m. deadline that are not read into the record will be provided to the City Council after the meeting.
