The City of East Palo Alto (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons or other entities (bidder) to provide a comprehensive, precise, human resources management program to enable skilled methods of operation for all staff. This is for a minimum one year bid, with possibility of annual extensions at the City Manager’s discretion.
The City as asking for the detailed required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work.
